If your listing in either the H-1B or O-1 / P-1 directory needs to be removed or corrected, use this form. We process every request within five business days.
What we'll do
- Receive your request and confirm by email within one business day.
- Verify your identity using a public-record reference (firm site or LinkedIn).
- Remove or correct the listing within five business days.
- Send you a confirmation when complete.
Why are these directories built this way?
The H-1B directory is compiled from public DOL OFLC LCA disclosure records released under FOIA. The O-1 / P-1 directory uses information attorneys self-reported via our 2024-2025 practice survey. Neither directory accepts payment for inclusion or ranking.
